Hold Policy 

Hold Eligibility

• Only members on 6-month or 12-month contracts are eligible to place their memberships on hold.
  Month-to-month memberships (such as the Monthly Unlimited and 3-Month Intro) memberships cannot be put on hold.

Request Process

• Submit a Request through the form below at least 7 days before your next billing date.
• Holds cannot be backdated, so please plan ahead.

Hold Duration 

Holds must be a minimum of 30 consecutive days and a maximum of 90 days.

• 6-month memberships: may be held once per contract term. 
• 12-month memberships: may be held up to twice per contract term.

Holds for Travel or Personal Reasons 

Yes. Time on hold will be added to the end of your contract, and billing will automatically resume when the hold ends.

Holds for Medical Reasons 

With a doctor’s note, we can process injury-related holds, this will not count toward your contract’s hold limits.
