Our coaches will meet with you, discuss your fitness goals, and put you through the Workout Of the Day (WOD) or through a baseline workout. All workouts will be scaled to each individual athlete’s skill level.

If you’re new to a CrossFit based fitness program our coaches will help guide you through each workout. We offer Foundations classes to help speed your learning. Or, if you'd prefer you can opt for private sessions (for an additional fee).

Daily WODs

WOD = Workout of the Day

After you graduate Foundations, you’ll be a full-fledged Beast River Fitness member! You’ll be able to attend the daily WODs, which is where the magic really happens. In addition to BRFit WODs we offer SweatRiver, Yoga, and Open Gym times throughout the week.
