Mark Griffin, known to his friends as Griff, previously worked as a stuntman and personal trainer before finding his home in the CrossFit community.
Griff’s passion for the art of movement and anatomy stems from his extensive martial arts training, which taught him not only discipline but about the strengths and weaknesses of the human body.
He played a wide range of sports growing up, and loves helping everyone from the novice to the most proficient of athletes improve themselves.
His favorite part of coaching is watching the triumphant shift in his athletes’ eyes as they accomplish something they thought they never could.
Griff is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, and holds NASM, KB LV1 and EFTI Trainer certifications.
