Jessica Rapp

Jessica is a New York City-based yoga instructor who is passionate about helping others of all ages and abilities maximize their potential for overall health and wellness through the practice of Yoga.

Jessica completed her 200-hour RYT teacher training at Yoga Vida in Spring of 2015, and she went on to complete an advanced mentorship with Kat Fowler at Pure Yoga.

Jessica’s classes combine creative vinyasa sequencing, safe physical alignment and a strong focus on the breath to build strength, balance and ease.

Jessica sees yoga as an endless toolbox to improve daily life physically, emotionally and spiritually – on and off the mat – and she is excited to share these tools with others.
