SweatRiver is an hour-long metabolic conditioning session designed build work capacity while incinerating fat. You’ll leave covered in sweat but not so sore that you can’t manage the stairs of your EV walk-up.
You do not need to be a Foundations graduate to attend SweatRiver. Anyone can get their SWEAT on; bring a friend!
Expect body weight movements paired with easy-to-learn medicine ball and kettlebell exercises. Technical barbell movements are not programmed in SweatRiver.
