Open Gym

Open gym is unstructured time every day that you can dedicate to working on your weaknesses!

Our open gym sessions are only open to CFER/BRWC members. For the most productive session, arrive with a thought-out warm-up and workout. Planning in advance yields the best results.

Always feel free to make up a missed WOD from earlier in the week, too.
