18 minute AMRAP:

25 Pullups

50′ Single Arm KB Front Rack Walking Lunge Right Arm – 53/35

25 HR Pushups

50′ Single Arm KB Front Rack Walking Lunge Left Arm – 53/35

Every minute, starting at 0, perform 3 burpees.

If burpees are performed during walking lunge return to the last place both feet were together before restarting.
