    Thanks for the workout today. You guys are both wicked nice and the new space looks GREAT. Will definitely be back soon for more pain.

    29:08 – 2 sets of 135 and 8 of 95. Probably could have done a consistent 115 but didn’t think it was possible. Oh well. Next time! Excited for Saturday’s workout.
