2) Tempo Overhead Squats
3 seconds down, 3 second pause at the bottom, 3 seconds up.
Work up to a moderately heavy 3 rep.

3) 8 minute ascending ladder
1 Hang Power Snatch 95/65
1 HSPU 4″/2″ Deficit
2 Hang Power Snatch 95/65
2 HSPU 4″/2″ Deficit
3 Hang Power Snatch 95/65
3 HSPU 4″/2″ Deficit
